I had the pleasure of working with John Stillwell as a buyer’s agent for an investment tract of timberland. It was a great experience. I told him what I was looking for and shortly thereafter he called with a lead. His experience as a forester was invaluable to help understand the income potential of the tract and allow my partners and me to get comfortable with the investment. He coordinated with the listing agent and closing attorney to make the process as easy as possible on a guy like me who is working full time and likely on to respond with late night emails.
I’m not sure how selling our property could have been more difficult, and I am even more convinced that it would still be for sale if Jenks Patrick were not involved. It was more than a simple transaction, and Jenks was a true shepherd to our family as we divested ourselves of property that had been in the family for a long period of time. I would recommend Jenks Patrick to anyone that has a unique, historic, and/or family property.

My aunt & uncle had listed two pieces of property with Charlie Pellett. One was 84 acres and the other was less than an acre and both located in South Carolina upstate. Once my husband Johnny and I decided to sell our 65 acre farm in Six Mile, SC, we went through a process of meeting with several realtors. We were very frustrated following each appointment with these realtors as they didn't spend time looking at the land.
